Connecticut Business Registry: New Registrations with Email, NAICS & Principals
We turn newly registered Connecticut businesses from the Secretary of the State registry into one clean lead record per business, with a published email address, a NAICS code, and the registry's own ownership survey flags, never guessed or enriched. One record is a single business entity, and on request it also carries its principals (officers, directors, members and managers) and its statutory agent, with phone and email where the registry publishes them.

How it works
1
Run it on Apify
Open the listing, sign in to Apify, and press Start. The actor reads the public source directly, normalizes each record, and writes the results to your Apify dataset. You can also schedule it to run on a cadence.
2
Filter to what you need
- •registeredFrom: registered on or after this date; defaults to 7 days ago when no window is set
- •registeredTo: registered on or before this date; setting it alone removes the 7-day default
- •status: business status as published by the registry, default Active; "any" includes dissolved and forfeited entities
- •businessType: entity type, default any (LLC, Stock, Non-Stock, Limited Partnership, LLP, Religious, Statutory Trust, Special Chartered, General Partnerships, B Corp)
- •naicsPrefix: 2 to 6 digits, keeps NAICS codes starting with them
- •county: one of the 8 Connecticut counties, matched through the business address town, default any
- •town: business address city, case-insensitive exact match, Connecticut addresses only
- •nameContains: case-insensitive substring of the business name
- •womanOwned, veteranOwned, minorityOwned, disabilityOwned, lgbtqiOwned: keep only businesses that answered yes to that flag on the registry survey, default false each
- •includePrincipals: attach principals (officers, directors, members, managers) from the Principals dataset, joined on entity id, default false
- •includeAgent: attach the statutory agent from the Agents dataset, joined on entity id, default false
- •maxResults: records to deliver and your cost cap, 1 to 50,000, default 100
- •includeRaw: attach the untouched source rows, default false

Export or connect
Download the dataset as CSV, JSON, or Excel from the Apify console, or pull it straight into your own system through the Apify API and integrations.
Default run with no input returns the 100 Active businesses registered in Connecticut in the last 7 days, ordered by registry id; the platform smoke run completed in 5.34 seconds with 100 dataset items and 3 requests to data.ct.gov. businessCounty is derived from the business address town through a committed town-to-county crosswalk, not from the registry itself, so 32 of the 100 smoke-run records had no derived county (out-of-state, blank, or unrecognized city). Principals and the statutory agent are optional joins against two companion datasets, Principals (ka36-64k6, 1,782,672 rows) and Agents (qh2m-n44y, 1,308,139 rows, of which 728,074 carry an agent email and 607,744 a phone), queried in batches of 100 entities and paged as needed. The default run fails rather than reporting zero new businesses; a narrowed query that legitimately matches nothing succeeds with 0 records.
Pricing
$3 per 1,000 records
Pay per result, billed through your Apify account at $0.003 per record. You are charged only for the records the run delivers to your dataset, so a filtered run that matches nothing costs nothing. No subscription, no minimum.

Questions buyers ask
How do I get a list of new businesses in Connecticut?
Run with the default input: the 100 Active businesses registered in the last 7 days, ordered by registry id. Raise maxResults or widen registeredFrom for more.
Does the Connecticut business registry include email addresses?
Yes. The registry publishes a business email address on nearly every new entity, delivered as email, unchanged.
Who are the owners or officers of a Connecticut LLC?
Set includePrincipals to true. Principals (officers, directors, members, managers, partners) are joined from the registry's Principals dataset on the entity id, with the designation the registry recorded.
