Who uses this
Credentialing and enrollment vendors
A revalidation due in 90 days is a dated, qualified need with a deadline attached; pull the window, filter to your states, work the list.
RCM and billing companies
A missed revalidation deactivates the enrollment and stops payment; providers approaching a due date are the ones most receptive to a conversation about it.
MSOs and practice-management groups
Watch the due dates across an owned or affiliated portfolio, by state and specialty.
Health-data teams
Join revalidation timing onto NPI-keyed data they already hold.

How it works
1
Run it on Apify
Open the listing, sign in to Apify, and press Start. The actor reads the public source directly, normalizes each record, and writes the results to your Apify dataset. You can also schedule it to run on a cadence.
2
Filter to what you need
- •dueWithinDays: window length from today (UTC), default 90; switched off by naming dueFrom or dueTo
- •dueFrom / dueTo: explicit start/end of the due-date window, YYYY-MM-DD
- •states: two-letter enrollment state codes
- •specialty: case-insensitive substring on enrollment specialty
- •providerType: Part A, Non-DME Part B, or DME
- •nameKeyword: case-insensitive substring across organization, first and last name
3
Export or connect
Download the dataset as CSV, JSON, or Excel from the Apify console, or pull it straight into your own system through the Apify API and integrations.
Default run with no input returns the 100 enrollments due soonest within the next 90 days, nationwide. maxResults ranges 1 to 50,000 and sets the bill directly. nameKeyword is applied client-side and reads up to 10 pages, about two minutes.
Pricing
$2 per 1,000 records
Pay per result, billed through your Apify account at $0.002 per record. You are charged only for the records the run delivers to your dataset, so a filtered run that matches nothing costs nothing. No subscription, no minimum.

Questions buyers ask
How many Medicare providers are due to revalidate soon?
20,945 enrollments have a revalidation due date within the next 90 days, out of 270,992 total dated enrollments and 2,931,409 enrollments in the full CMS file, as of 2026-08-23.
Are these individual practitioners or organizations?
Mostly organizations. In the August 2026 file every dated enrollment from today forward is a clinic, group practice, pharmacy, FQHC, hospice or DME supplier; the 10,744 individual practitioner rows that carry a date are all dated in 2023.
Can I get a list of providers whose revalidation is overdue?
Yes. Set dueFrom to a past date to pull overdue enrollments; naming dueFrom or dueTo on its own leaves that end of the window open.
