Who We Are
JS Technology Solutions was founded in 2012 by Jonathan Serle. Before starting the firm, Jonathan served as VP of Engineering at Wondersign, where he led a 10+ person global engineering team, executed a full AWS migration, and built the CI/CD pipeline for an enterprise digital signage platform. He has 17 years of hands-on engineering experience: he writes code, architects systems, deploys infrastructure, and manages production environments.
Since founding the firm, Jonathan has built a patient billing SaaS platform that ran for 7 years in production (integrating with PointClickCare and dozens of EMR formats), built an AI operational intelligence platform for public sector agencies, delivered Odoo ERP implementations across 12+ locations, built an AI chatbot now serving 50+ senior care facilities, and served as the trusted technology advisor to Chicago Public Schools for 7 consecutive years.
Our firm operates as a deliberately boutique practice. Every engagement is led by senior technologists. We don't have junior developers learning on your project. We don't have layers of project managers between you and the people doing the work.
