What these are
Each dataset is an actor on the Apify platform. The public-record actors read one government source directly, parse every record into typed fields, apply your filters, and write the result to a dataset you own. Nothing is served from a cache: every run reads the source as it stands that day. The document generator produces its pages on demand instead.
